To start the 4 pre-requisites that are required for our programs are as follows...

1) A minimum gross income of 2500.00 is required. This can be combined income between   yourself, your spouse or co-borrower including received child support.

2) Two consecutive years of employment history, this doesn’t mean you have to been with the same employer for two years, we just need two full years of employment history. If gaps in employment due to a union job or attending college then exceptions can be made.
3) No Bankruptcies in the past two years.

4) No Foreclosures in the past three years. 

Note: There are other forms of income that qualify: SSI, SSD, VA Disability, VA retirement, L&I Disability (Only if it will be ongoing for at least 3 years), Retirement Pensions and Child Support.
